Biography
Born and raised on the southside of Chicago, Chrislin "Chrissy" Flanagan is a mother, a wife, a boss, and a career professional. She was educated through the Chicago Public School system. Shortly after graduating from high school, Chrissy gave birth to her oldest son and became a teenage mother. Determined to support her son and provide a better life for him, she knew that education had to be a priority. She enrolled in Kennedy King Community College earning an Associate's Degree. As her love for being a voice for people grew, she went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University and a Master's Degree in HR Management from Roosevelt University - graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Chrissy gained career experience working in customer service and management for various companies. However, she's spent over 10 years of her professional career in FinTech supporting global training functions on and offshore. Her specializations include classroom facilitation, remote learning, new hire and on-going training, coaching/development, organizational strategy and internal/external marketing..
CAREER
Chrissy is also a published author and a Certified Life Coach specializing in Confidence, Relationships and Career Advancement. Currently she lives in Chicago with her husband, children and adorable puppy. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading or shopping for a good deal – especially hats and home décor. You can always find her posing for a selfie, at a play/concert or just out and about enjoying the city. Equally, she loves to travel and has visited over 35 states and 8 countries.
Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 and she rests in knowing that it’s God’s plan for everyone to prosper.
