However, through life's trials and errors I have discovered who I am - an unperfectly perfect human. And, because of that I walk boldly, unapologetically and confidently in my truth. I'm the Coach that whether smile or smize, a change of my hair; I create my own style. I take the trip, I treat others fairly, I seize the opportunity - I am me! Cabo was the first time that I traveled internationally with my family! It was such a rewarding experience to fly with my husband and children to another country and experience their culture first hand. Some people will try to convince you that managing a blended family is hard - it's not! Love always wins, always.
When I received my Master's Degree my husband gifted Costa Rica as a graduation present. I was grateful, excited and tired - working towards a Master's Degree while working in Corporate America was no easy task! Nevertheless, I did it and I was proud of me. With a plan, your goals are attainable.
My 35th birthday was spent on the lovely beaches of Cozumel. Yes, I wore a crown to the beach! Not just because it was my birthday - but, because I know my worth. I sat in sun, drank some amazingly delicious daiquiris and was overall grateful to see another year.

Each day I got up and dressed the part - confidence is internal; stop worrying about what they will say and wear your crown to the beach!
Miami is one of my favorite cities. My husband and I were married there -we had an intimate ceremony on the beach surrounded by our friends and family. In this photo, we needed a get away so we took it. I paired my swim wear with my favorite red lippie and had a blast enjoying the sunshine!

Play Del Carmen was a dream trip. Hubby and I spent late nights on the beach, had endless conversations, enjoyed massages, and ate at authentic restaurants. We connected, embraced our love languages and enjoyed each being together. Even if not away, married couples must constantly connect!
Toronto was a girl's trip. As much as I enjoy traveling with my husband and children, I enjoy girl time too. Friendships are important; it's crucial to have solid relationships where love and respect is mutual.

The girls and I specifically went for the annual Caribana Carnival held in Toronto, but we also had an opportunity to explore - even visited Niagara Falls. It was great to see so many women with glaring differences truly embracing who they were.

I went to Washington DC for a wedding. This picture was taken prior to leaving out for the ceremony. I was exhausted! I showered, did my makeup and decided I need a quick nap before heading out. Instead, I started to scroll social media. I became so wrapped up in the post that I never got my nap.

We left for the ceremony and I was extremely fatigued and a bit irritated - mostly with myself. I learned a lesson that day; I come first. Don't be so caught up in what other's are doing that you forget about you. Put your phone down and put you first sometimes. You won't ever be able to pour from an empty cup! Unplug -Refresh often.
